TAKE A LOOK AT OUR POLICIES

1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Event Cancellation: Clients must notify us in writing if they need to cancel their event. Cancellations made [X days/weeks] prior to the event will be eligible for a partial refund, subject to administrative fees. Cancellations within [X days/weeks] of the event will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to a future event, at our discretion.

2. Payment Policy

  • A [percentage] deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date.

  • Final payment is due [X days/weeks] before the event. Late payments may incur additional fees.

  • Payments can be made via [accepted payment methods, e.g., credit card, bank transfer, etc.].

3. Rescheduling Policy

  • Events can be rescheduled up to [X days/weeks] before the event date, subject to availability. A rescheduling fee may apply.

4. Privacy Policy

  • We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal or event-related information shared with us will be used solely for the purpose of planning and executing your event.

  • We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as necessary to fulfill your event requirements.

5. Vendor and Venue Responsibility

  • While we assist with coordinating vendors and venues, SOLID is not liable for third-party vendor or venue performance. All vendor agreements remain the responsibility of the client.

6. Liability Waiver

  • SOLID is not responsible for any accidents, damages, or injuries that occur during the event. We recommend securing event insurance for additional protection.

7. Code of Conduct

  • We strive to create safe, inclusive, and respectful environments at all events. We expect clients, vendors, and guests to uphold this standard.

  • SOLID reserves the right to withdraw services in cases of inappropriate behavior or unsafe conditions.

8. Force Majeure Policy

  • In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, strikes), SOLID will work with clients to reschedule or adjust event plans. Additional costs may apply for rescheduling.

9. Intellectual Property Policy

  • Any creative materials, concepts, or designs developed by SOLID remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

10. Photo & Media Release

  • By working with SOLID, you grant us permission to use photos or media from your event for promotional purposes, unless you explicitly opt out in writing.
